A crisp, hand stretched base with a 48 hour fermented sourdough, baked in a wood-fired oven, with succulent garlic marinated king prawns, sliced red chilli and fresh coriander. We make our pizzas with a 48 hour fermented sourdough for extra flavour. They're topped with a rich tomato sauce made with ripe Italian tomatoes and basil, and baked in the intense heat of a wood-fired oven, producing the crisp crust and open texture you find in Italian pizzerias. Inspired by the seafood dishes found around the coast of Italy, juicy king prawns are marinated with roasted garlic and parsley, with a sprinkle of sliced red chilli to finish.
